The article considers the duct smoke detectors designed to detect smoke in the ducts of exhaust ventilation system. The article discusses the design features of duct smoke detectors, the range of technical requirements for these detectors and the differences between the test methods for duct smoke detectors and the test methods for conventional point smoke fire detectors. The area of application of duct smoke detectors is determined. There are presented their main advantages and disadvantages. The reasons for the insufficiently wide use of duct smoke detectors in the Russian Federation are formulated. The issues of standardization of technical requirements, test methods, regulations and rules for the design of fire alarm systems using duct smoke detectors are touched upon. The article conducts a comparative analysis of technical solutions for the construction of a stand for fire testing of duct smoke detectors, presented in international and European standards. There is provided information on the development of the interstate standard GOST «Duct smoke detectors. General technical requirements. Test methods» in Russia.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы оценки возможной пожарной обстановки и устройство ландшафтных территорий вокруг населенных пунктов. На основе анализа произошедших крупных лесных пожаров выделены основные опасности воздействия лесных пожаров на населенные пункты. Отмечено, что необходима оценка возможной пожарной обстановки ландшафтных территорий вокруг населенных пунктов за пределами нормативных противопожарных расстояний. С учетом переноса горящих частиц при верховых лесных пожарах предлагается противопожарное устройство ландшафтных территорий вокруг населенных пунктов в пределах 400 м. Даются рекомендации по созданию заградительных полос с ретардантами при помощи авиационной техники.

The choice of rescue device is based on the individual characteristics of a person. The program will also be of interest to EMERCOM employees, designers and other persons responsible for ensuring the fire safety of various facilities.

The article considers changes in the regulatory legal support for the provision of state services for licensing activities in the field of fire safety, regarding the implementation of the procedure for periodic confirmation of compliance with licensing requirements. There are given the conditions for reducing the terms of making a decision on granting a license, on amending the register of licenses, on termination of the license. There is provided an overview of standard professional programs for retraining and advanced training of employees of license applicants and licensees.
