The subject of the article is autonomous smoke alarm devices which are point smoke alarm devices. The components necessary for fire detection and technical means for sound and/or voice fire warning are installed in the body of point smoke alarm devices. Autonomous alarm devices are designed for prompt notification of people in premise about the occurrence of smoke generated at the initial stage of fire growth. The scope of application of autonomous alarm devices are residential premises of apartments, hotels, dormitories. Some technical requirements for smoke alarm devices are given in the national standard GOST R 53325-2012 “Fire techniques. Means of fire automatics. General technical requirements and test methods” and the interstate standard GOST 34698-2020 “Fire detectors. General technical requirements. Test methods”. But the nomenclature of these standards is very limited and insufficient to regulate the most significant qualitative and quantitative requirements for autonomous smoke alarm devices. In international practice and in European countries, the requirements for smoke alarm devices are set out in separate standards ISO 12239 «Smoke alarms using scattered light, transmitted light or ionization» and EN 14604 «Smoke alarm devices». The article considers additional requirements, including recommended requirements for smoke alarm devices that are absent in the valid regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.
ANALYTICAL SOLUTION OF THE EQUATIONS OF THE DYNAMICS OF GAS MEDIUM IN CASE OF A FIRE IN PREMISE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INPUT AND OUTPUT GAS FLOW RATE THROUGH THE OPENING FOR THE PARTICULAR CASE OF A COMBINATION OF PARAMETERS OF COMBUSTIBLE LOAD AND GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONS OF PREMISE AND OPENING

There is presented a new formulation of the problem of finding the values of pressure, density, temperature, concentration of toxic combustion products in the premise of the fire seat. The analytical solution of the differential equations of fire is obtained for a particular case of the problem of modeling a fire in a premise. In contrast to the present simplified analytical solution of the fire equations and the numerical solution of the differential equations of fire, the obtained results allow us to determine the dynamics of gas medium in more detail and accurately during a fire in a premise. There is developed and presented the computer program implementing calculations based on the obtained analytical solution.

The article deals with the issue of expanding the capabilities of fire units to extinguish fires in high-rise buildings and structures using unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The relevance of the topic is due to the need to find ways to achieve the maximum height of fire extinguishing using a hose line for supplying fire extinguishing agents to the fire seat from ground sources taking into account the existing payload capacity of modern or promising unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). There are evaluated the capabilities of solving this problem using ladder trucks (elevating platform trucks) to support part of the hose line in order to unload the UAV.

The article presents the results of International conference “Problematic and topical issues of foam fire extinguishing” held on March 15, 2023. The conference was attended by representatives of the largest manufacturers of foaming agents and foam-producing equipment, representatives of customers of foaming agents and firefighting equipment, including representatives of EMERCOM, fire service and the administration of FGBU VNIIPO EMERCOM of Russia. The article contains the main theses of the reports of the conference participants. There are highlighted the most problematic issues in the field of foam fire extinguishing, as well as the main directions for further activities and mutual cooperation.
